Printing issue with Photoshop and Mac Sonoma 14.4

I have recently experienced an issue when I try to print an image which has been cropped to 10x15cm from A4.

All the settings in the Photoshop print dialogue shop the correct 10x15cm, but the image on my 10x15 paper is only approximately one quarter of the subject and of a size which appears as though the printer is trying to print A4.

I have been printing with Photoshop for many years and not had the issue until recently

I have checked the printer with Epson and a test print withour Photoshop has printed to the correct size.
