Hey everyone,

It's been 3 days that I am getting crazy !

During this past 3 days, I don't understand what happened but my print coming from Photoshop is supersaturated and I instantly see that there is a problem. I printed the same image with the same profile (that I created with i10pro) with Canon Professional Print & Layout app and the image is perfect.

Be aware that I didn't change anything because 1 month ago I printed 130 images A3 directly from Photoshop and it was perfect and smooth.

I tried to uninstall/install the canon driver but nothing has changed.

I even tried on another pro 1000 and the same result happened... it really comes from Photoshop.

Someone has the same problem.

Here is the example of the result attached :

The top picture is the right one printed with Canon Professional Print & Layout app.

The bottom picture is from Photoshop… completely saturated… I use to have a perfect picture 1 week ago.

I also tried with the paper manufacture profil and mine and the same result happened.

I have an update on my problem which is still there.

I tested, with my computer on another Canon Pro 1000 and the same problem happened.
Then I made another test with another mac with not other options. I install the driver, put the custom and the manufacture profile with the same image.
Printed with the 2 profile and again the same problem happened.

So right now I narrow that problem come between the driver and Photoshop…probably Photoshop, in my opinion.

Adobe can you please help me ?
Anyone else have the same problem ?
