Printing to Canon SELPHY crashes Photoshop.

Does anyone have any ideas how to fix this:  I have a Canon Selphy CP1500,  when I try to print an image Photoshop closes.  No error message.  If I save the image then open it in Photoshop Express it prints so I believe this eleminates the printer and my Windows 11 computer as the source of the proplem.  Thank you.

@johnm62969609 try resetting your print window - hold the space bar when going to FIle>Print.

So far I have:

Held the space bar when going to FIle>Print;

Pressed Ctrl+Alt+Shift immediately after launching Photoshop;

Checked Canon's website for Windows 11 printer drivers (there are none);

Run Photoshop as Administrator;

Canon SELPHY Printer is connected directly to desktop PC via usb cable.

Tried printing wirelessly both by using the SELPHY's network and my home network;

Cleared Photoshop Font Cache;

Reset the SELPHY to factory;

Updated the firmware;

Uninstalled and reinstalled the printer from "Printer & scanners";

Deleleted the USB driver in Device Manager;

@johnm62969609 "Checked Canon's website for Windows 11 printer drivers (there are none)"

tnhat would seem to perhaps be the root of your issue?

However, take a look at the following article and check if that helps:

Here is some general Adobe [Mac and Win] info on printing problems,
https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/troubleshoot-printing-problems.html
Simple reset for Photoshop printing: hold the space bar when you open the print window. It resets the print dialogs - deleting possibly corrupt print metadata in the file.

If that doesn’t help -

Unfortunately nothing worked.  I even tried using a Zygomatic profile,  What is so annoying is that if I open the image in Photoshop Express it prints its without an error.  I guess for the timebeing this is my work-around.
