Printing to Fuji kiosk

Hi, I am having trouble printing to the Fuji printers in most stores (Harvey Norman, Officeworks, Camera House). The prints lack contrast and have a green/blue cast. I used the Fuji self-serve kiosk in Officeworks for the past few years and they printed great (very close to what I see on-screen in Photoshop), but they recently installed new kiosks and printers and now my prints are terrible. I tried other stores around town with similar results. I have a calibrated Eizo monitor. Any help would be appreciated. Cheers, Linda

'..........I Googled about the problem said that the Fuji printers ignore embedded profiles anyway.....'

If the printer you are using is ignoring the embedded profile, it must then be assuming some profile in order to give a meaning to each colour value. For consumer printing that is most likely to be sRGB (although even that is an assumption). I would try converting to sRGB, embed the profile, and test to see what result you get.

yeah I agree, in my experience the Frontier wants sRGB and they don't generally read customer embedded profiles

I hope this helps

Are you working in RGB or CMYK? What RGB or CMYK profile do you work with?

RGB as far as I know.  In Color Settings the working space is sRGB IEC61966-2.1

Can you upload a copy of a file that you've output with lacklustre results?
