Bonjor,When I want to work on a path blur, the blur control window, usually located on the right, doesn't show up.Thank you for your help

I went so far as to close the Path Blur panel so I could work out how to turn it on again, and so far I have failed to do that.
I tried different workspaces
Reset All Tools
Restarted Photoshop
Reset Preferences
And I still have no Path Blur panel.
Right now, I am thinking that I'll need to reinstall.
To close the panel I clicked on the two left facing arrows which say Collapse to Icon which you'd think means the panel should be minimized somewhere on the workspace.
Nope. I can't find the panel so I am in the same position as you. I am going to reinstall and see if that fixes it.

Reinstalling Photoshop did bring the lost panel back, but I chose to Remove Preferences when reinstalling to give me the best chance of a clean start with the User Interface. That loses you custom workspaces, toolbars, custom shortcuts etc. I have all of those copied in the Photoshop beta version, sop can easily copy them across. If you have custom settings you will need to save them before reinstalling. Do you know how to do that?
It's 2:20am in France, if that's where you are located. I have to go out for a while, so if you need help on saving settings, let us know, and we'll explain.

Looks like with the Path Blur filter enabled one can use the same button as used to normally select or reset a Workspace to reset the Blur Gallery which seems to bring the panels back.
