Problème d'impression certain fichier

Bonjour,

 

Pourquoi quand je veux imprimer un fichier jpg je peux le faire, mais quand je veux imprimer un fichier :

.tif ou .exr le selecteur d'impression est grisé ?

 

J'ai déjà réinstallé Photoshop c'est la même chose

Correct answer Mylenium

You cannot print 32bit images directly. This is as designed. You have to convert them to 16bit or 8bit using color profiles and adjust them accordingly to account for the limited gamut. Even the best printer on the planet doesn't know how to print a float/ HDR image without a proper conversion.

Pouvez vous nous donner une copie d'écran avec un fichier qui ne veut pas s'imprimer?

Just pour voir si c'est bien la réponse proposée par Mylenium qui est la bonne.
Si le fichier n'est pas compatible a l'impression, aucune reinstallation ne résoudra le probleme.

Une fois que l'on aura pu voir la copie d'écran, on y verra plus clair 😊

(les fichiers .exr ne pourront pas s'imprimer tels quels de toute facons)
