problem charging photo on facebook

Hi, I have the licence for photoshop cc2018 since few months, I'm saving this image to post it on facebook as you can see in jpg format1999x1500px, but when I try to post it,after I while,  the written that you can see on the second image, comes out.I was doing the same procedure with the old photoshop cc5 and it was working perfectly, I just had to set "save for web.." put the right pixels and that's all.What's happening now?

As you're not able to upload images on Facebook, it seems like there is some issue with the browser or Facebook. Could you try the steps mentioned on this article and see if it help? Set the Primary Display on a Dual-Screen Mac Setup
