Problem creating animation

Hi im trying to create an animation but in the timeline only appears create animation instead of the two options (video timeline) please help.

We're sorry about the trouble with Photoshop. Would you mind sharing the version of Photoshop you're using along with your computers operating system? Are you using an M1 Mac? If yes, please try running Photoshop in Rosetta emulation to check if that helps.

Reset your preferences - under the general perferences, click the reset button and restart Photoshop.
