problem exporting/emailing animated gif

hi, help on this gratefully received.

Last year's animated gif worked, this year I have made it on Photoshop CC.

Each frame is on its own layer, timeline opened and it plays back fine

also when I Save for Web, and click preview, all seems to work.

just when I then save it....

and try to attach 'gif' to email it does not work at all - just emails one static frame?

I have even resorted to using the free animated gifmaker online, and again the preview

works fine.  I can drag the 'gif' onto browser icon eg. safari and again it appears to work.

BUT not when I email it.  What am I doing wrong.  It is driving me nuts!

Oh it seems to work here?! But not when I email it?

help please...

If it works in a browser, then the fault lies with the email program.
