Problem in Photoshop 25 - Lens Flare Filter

Mac OSX 14.0

Photoshop 25.0

I am having a visual problem since updating to Photoshop 25.0 with the filter "lens flare". The little window you place the lens flare filter in doesn't show the whole image, it shows about a quarter. There is no workaround to resize the image or something. It happens to all images I tried it on. Sytem restarted. Parallel to this thread i am installing the latest 24 version again and I am hoping, that solves it for now...
I'll attach a screenshot, so everybody knows, what I mean.

      Problem also occures in the 24 version... So - what can it be?
