my problem is that the Creativ Cloud App shows that the update option to v 23.1 does not work

"Not compatible" when I click on it it says "Update required

System must be updated before installing Photoshop

Required version Windows 10 version 20H2 or higher"

my drivers are all up to date, both operating system and GPU drivers.

 

The operating system is currently Win 21H2 64-bit

Graphics card is an ASUS Geforce RTX 2060 OC with 6GB

CPU Intel Core I7-6700 4Ghz 64Bit

mein Problem ist das in der Creativ Cloud App angezeigt wird das die Update Möglichkeit auf v 23.1 nicht geht 

"nicht kompatibel"  wenn ich da drauf klicke wird angezeigt "Aktualisierung erforderlich
