Problem with creating animated GIF

I'm trying to add a frame in the Timeline. But the timeline is inactive. And when I click in the right corner of the Timeline, there is no "add layer to frame" menu.

What may be the problem?

You need to click the »Create Frame Animation«-button in the Timeline Panel.

I was sure that I should just select between "Create frame animation" and "Creatу video timeline" and didn't even think about clicking it 🙂

    You need to click the »Create Frame Animation«-button in the Timeline Panel.
