Problem with gif making

Hello,

First, sorry for my bad english which isn't my first language.

I would like make some gifs like that : https://64.media.tumblr.com/d79d2a8e12529da447a6ee5f8c44a24c/dbefb1e8b22b2155-54/s500x750/550002dd57a9c6e95aa0caae46112c4446be554c.gif (the smoke of the cigarette) and not like that :

 

I don't know if you know what I mean ? I use photoshop CS6 and I know how to make a scroll gif like the last one but I would like to overlay the layers and not just one afther the other.

 

Ask me if it's to vagueness !

Hi, what language do you speak?

There are any free tools to convert a video on a GIF like this one

https://www.adobe.com/express/feature/video/video-to-gif

 

Or you can open a GIF in Photoshop and then export an image sequence

LMK if that works for you

I understood what you said in english in your answer, but I don't see how making a gif like that with a free tool.
