Problem with images

I have designed a t-shirt(see Pic 1) which is how I want it but when I go to print, the print preview and it is a gray box over my image.  how do I get rid of the gray box.

What format is your image in?

Yes I have.  Still no luck

Check that you have the image in sRGB color space.

It figured it out!!!!! I had adjusted the color in the 3rd party printer app and that was throwing it off.
