Problem with neural filters

With recent updates of Photoshop neural filters weren't working. The problem just suddenly started a few weeks ago. I got message that "we temporarily disabled the filter because of an error". After hours with customer service trying to update graphics drivers, and all sorts of things, eventually the only solution was to revert back to Photoshop 24.1.1.

I now updated Photoshop for another reason and the problem with the neural filters is still there, weeks later. Reverted back to 24.1.1 and they work. After even more time with customer serivce I finally got an answer that apparently there is an issue with Intel GPUs and they are working on it. Obviously it's not a problem with the graphics card because it was working in previous versions.

I'm trying to understand how I know it is fixed? It is not realistic to have to install a new version every time just to see it's still not working and to have to revert back to the 24.1.1 until... who knows when.

Thanks in advance for any ideas and solutions.

Hi @clarni_lizki which Neural filter specificially? If its one of the betas - those can be down from time to time as they are being tested.

Yes the beta filters, but when reverting to version 24.1.1 the problem stops. Adobe customer service told me very clearly that there is a problem with Intel graphic cards in some of the newer updates. Maybe they are down sometimes regardles, but that's a different issue.
