Hello, the new version of photoshop is DirectX 12 and my device only runs 11, where can I download it again?

Thanks for the answers. Apparently the device is older, do you know where I can download the old version that works with 11?

@Nikolay33933499fu8q. you can install version 22.2 from the Creative Cloud app, that may work with your current system

@Nikolay33933499fu8q. there is no download for this - if your GPU drivers are updated and your card still does not support DirectX12 (Feature level 12) then you will need to upgrade your graphics card itself, not a download.

@Nikolay33933499fu8q. DirectX 12 is part of the operating system so there's no need to download it, Photoshop requires a GPU with DirectX 12 support, so what type of GPU do you have in your PC/Laptop

Es la propia tarjeta la que, al instalarse, demanda de Windows la actualización de DirectX. No hay otra manera. Por tanto la tarjeta ha de cumplir con los requerimientos de Photoshop publicados
