problem with PS update: all my "actions" are gone...

hello,

i've created specific actions with PS, i used them quite a lot, since my last PS update, all the actions i've created , have disapeared, is there any way to recover them?

In this version, yes, if you never saved them to .atn file.

 

If you have a previous version, then you might be able to move over the old .psp file as detailed in the link in my previous post.

 

Yes, this is a serious problem for many Photoshop users who don't save their actions.

Loaded .atn files or newly created and unsaved action sets are temporarily stored in the Actions Palette presets file (Actions Palette.psp). This file should be considered temporary and may be subject to corruption or loss, so making an explicit save to .atn file for each action set is strongly advised.
 
One should manually save each action set "folder" individually to a .atn file using the menu on the upper right of the action panel window.
 
You might be able to recover them from a previous Photoshop version folder from the Actions Palette.psp file if you have not explicitly saved them to .atn file before:
