Problem with: "save as"

Dear photoshop users,

I recently installed Photoshop on my new PC. Unfortunately, that did not go smoothly. In the meantime photoshop works, but I have a problem with "save as". If I press "save as" nothing happens. "Save as" thus does not work. I may have damaged my registry with a cleaning program. How could I solve this?

I use Windows 10, Home.

The first step that I would choose is to reset the preferences and if that doesn't work then possibly a reinstall.

Thanks for your input...

But unfortunately this wil not help. After this, I hav used the button left  "Restore all warning messages". And now I cannot even open een file/photograph. So I think Photoshop install again, is not enough. I am afraid I have to install my total PC, formatting , Windows 10, etc.

Before you go there, try out Adobe's Cleaner Tool:

and reinstall.
