problem with RAW export from Unity

Hello all,

 

I working map in Unity and Export Image in RAW format from it. When open this file by Photoshop (v2021, Window10, GTX750Ti), sometime it's OK, sometime it's error:

 this image is OK

 this is error.

 Anybody know this problem and how can I fix it?

I used Fiji imageJ to open and it's OK (24bit RGB 1channel). But open in Photoshop it's error. How can I open it in PSD? Thank for your advance.
