Problem with solid fill running through an action

Hi

I have this Problem with solid fill running through an action. Im on an imac 27" 5k 2019

How does the problem show itself  we can not see the layers palette in your post and where is your action?

Here is a photo of the action i am using.  When i slide the colour slider up and down i get the glitch. Thank you

This glitch is being created as i move the colour wheel slider up or down.

Here is another picture explaining the glitch. When i move the solid fill slider up and down it creates 2  or sometimes multiple colours which is frustrating. Thank you for the help.
