Problem with statistics script

Hello,

Briefly: there are two pictures shot on tripod, 90% the same, just a person in the middle is in different pose. I use scripts >statistics procedure according to the most popular method on YT. But as a final I get a picture where different areas are visible, let's say 50% opaque.

What's wrong?

Could you translate what you wrote into grade school  English  Or post some screen captures so other may get some Idea of what your are trying to do and may see a problem.
