Hola,

Quiero exportar de ps a aero pero no me deja, me aparece que "archivos de Creative Cloud no está instalado". Adjunto imagen.

Por favor necesito ayuda

try to reinstall cc desktop app

https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/creative-cloud-desktop-app-download.html

 

Then try to sign in again

Sorry to hear that. Please make sure that the Creative Cloud Desktop app is installed on the computer and you're sign into it using the correct Adobe ID and password.
