Se formateo mi computadora y me dice que tengo que borrar el programa anterior para poder instalar el mismo programa, que puedo hacer?

    • Operating system and version number
    • The full text of any error message (s)
    • What you were doing when the problem occurred
    • Screenshots of the problem and/or error messages 
    • Computer hardware, such as CPU; GPU; the amount of RAM; etc

     

    Please describe as detailed as possible what has happened and waht you have done.

    This will help us to understand what's your problem.
