Problemas al cambiar el tono en el panel de color en photoshop

El tono en el panel de color no se cambia al seleccionar el tono en el selector de color, tampoco funciona restablecer la herramienta pincel.

If I understood you correctly, then you will need to move the arrows on the hue, which is between the picker and the info. 🙂
