boujour, je ne peux pas ouvrir mes fichier, le logiciel me met un message d'erreur (voir capture d'écran), j'ai essayé toutes les étapes d'aide mais rien n'y fait (je suis pas une crak en informatique). y aurait t'il un numero pour m'aider? merci!

Hey, @manon_00. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll help you figure this out.
Has this started to happen since a recent update of Photoshop or Creative Cloud desktop app? Does the error appear when you're connected to a VPN, or public internet?
Please try these steps:
1- In the Creative Cloud app, press CTRL + ALT + T to launch Creative Cloud Troubleshooter & select 'Close Creative Cloud and related processes' > click on Go.
2 - Check Windows Task Manager for any other processes related to Creative Cloud and end them.
3 - Restart the device (optional) & restart Photoshop from Creative Cloud desktop app.
