Problems after latest update in iPad (17.2)

The Photoshop is not working correctly after update. Photos fractiles in a weird way Wien tyrineet to do something for example make adjustments with sublayers. All layers crack to pieces and some pieces of the picture appears here and there randomly. Even selecting tools doesn`t work if I haave made some adjustments.
