Hi, please try to check the integrity of your C: drive first:

Open your command prompt and type:

chkdsk h: /f /r

Hey there,

We're sorry about your experience with Photoshop. To help you, we need more details. What version of Photoshop and Windows are you using? How much storage space do you have on your device?

Does it happen with every file or some specific files? Where are you saving the file? External drive or Local drive? Have you tried saving the file by going to File > Export > Save for web, and see if it helps?

Follow the below steps:

1. Thank you for sharing the information; please Close Photoshop and then open Windows Defender from the taskbar.

2. Then go to Settings on the bottom left.

3. Then go to Virus & threat protection tab.

4. Then Scroll down and under Controlled folder access, click on Allow an app through Controlled folder access.

5. Then click on Add an allowed app and Browse to this location C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC (version) and choose Photoshop.exe then click Open and Photoshop will be added to the list.

6. Relaunch Photoshop and let us know if you're able to save the image.

Thanks,

Shivani
