Problems with adobe photoshop

Hi! I have a problem with adobe photoshop. When I selected Lighting Effects, I opened about 20 pop-up frames. What's it? And the lighting effects don't work. The laptop's RAMis 32 gigabytes, everything used to work well. Thanks

Hi. Did you find this under Filter>Render? It looks like you have a lot of plugins enabled in your plugin menu, and they all got prompted. I'd recommend disabling them all and trying Lighting Effects, and then enabling the plugins one at a time, to see what the culprit is.
