Problems with Crop Tool since last update

Since the last update, the Crop Tool won't work properly. When I try to crop an image and hit return or the checkmark it reduces the image to a tiny image you can't see. If I try to enlarge it, it just shows an enlargement of a tiny area of the image.

The first thing to try is to reset the Crop tool to its defaults. Right-click the Crop tool in the options bar (not tools bar) and Reset Tool.

You're welcome, @arthurd32965564 . The options for tools are sticky, meaning they work across time and across documents until they are changed again or reset.

 

Please start a new thread for the flickering issue. A video will help.

That seems to have worked. Thank you. Although I am getting some screen flickering when using Photoshop.
