Problems with Photoshop - latest update

Photoshop just did an auto update on my computer and now Photoshop will not open at all!  Is anyone else having this problem and if so, how do I solve it?  I tried to see if there was a new update, but it says I have the latest version!  HELP!!!

When updating to a new version, of an application it's always wise to keep the earlier version  as well in case of issues or maybe plug-ins don't work with the new version and so on. Probably best to not use Auto update.

I suggest you unistall Photoshop, using the drop-down menu in the Creative Cloud app, and reinstall it again. If that doesn't solve the problem then uninstall it once again and then run Adobe Cleaner before reinstalling Photoshop again.

What is your OS?

As Derek mentioned, a good place to start is uninstalling and reinstalling through the Creative Cloud app.
