Problems with the new adjustment brush

The new adjustment brush does not work well in PS 25.9.0 and instead works well in PS beta 25.10.

The brush creates the first mask well, but it does not manage to enlarge it well and cannot erase it.

First i would try resetting Adjustment Brush Tool by right clicking on the Adjustment Brush Tool icon in the tool options bar and clicking Reset Tool.

If that doesn't work, then a reset of the Photoshop preferences might.
