Program glitchout

Everytime I open photoshop the entire program glitches out and i cant do anything to fix it. (or at least that i know of) This happens with a program called Blender too. the only thing i seethe only thing i see Yes I am on the most recent update.

This can sometimes happen when there's an incompatibility with an older graphics card driver. What computer are you using? What operating system? Can you download and install an updated graphics card driver?

 

Also, have you tried simply resetting Photoshop's Preferences? https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html

Which version of Photoshop and OS?

Have you tried unticking Use Graphic Processor under the Performance tab in Photoshop preferences? (You may need to close and reopen PS for this to take effect.)
