I wish to reinstal photoshop 2021 although it is presenting numerous problems but cloud does not include the latest photoshop program. Where can I find this program

Hi

When you're in the Creative Cloud Photoshop 2021 shows up as v 22.0, are you saying that you're not seeing that version
