PROGRAMAS "Microsoft Visual C++"

Question

Buenos días, tengo instalado un programa para crear videos de fotografía llamado MAGIX PHOTOSTORY DE LUXE, mi problema es que no consigo crear nada con el programa en cuestión, puesto en contacto con soporte me dicen que elimine por medio del panel de control lo siguiente "Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable", esto afectaría a PHOTOSHOP, gracias anticipadas, saludos

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
