Programs will not open or update

When trying to open PS 2023 or beta, neither will load. I have an update that won't update because the system thinks one of the Photoshop instances is open... it is not. I checked in task manager to make sure.

Try rebooting your computer and see if that works.

Unfortunately, when you think you think Photoshop (beta) is closed and your computer thinks it's still running, it's hard to win the argument. 🙂
