Prompting for a Directory. Is this possible?

I have a set of about 200 gifs. About 100 of those I open, and run a batch script on. The relative paths and gifs remain the same, but the main/parent path (C:/Program File........) changes each time I need to run the script. I'd like to:

*Prompt user for a folder
*within that folder, load a list of specific gifs into workspace
*Run Batch Action on images in Workspace

Possible?
