PS 2021 can’t load cloud documents

Photoshop 2021 keeps saying "can't load cloud documents" I have shut down the app, creative cloud, the computer, still keeps happening. I cannot find any answers online on how to slove this. Please help.

I am also having this problem. On a Surface Pro. Has worked on this computer for weeks, until today!

I can see my files when I look under Creative Cloud, but when I open Photoshop, my files flash on and off, then message

that "Can't load Cloud Documents" 

I have de-installed Photoshop, restarted my computer, then re-downloaded/installed Photoshop twice, but always with the same result. Wondering if I should specify Do not save preferences....?

Help? So frustrating.

Hi,

Can you also post your system info log (Help> System Info...)? Also if you go to https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents with the same account signed in, what is showing?

I don't know what system info log log is.
if I go to https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents I see all my files
but as soon as I open them in photoshop and then try to save them I am
disconnected to the cloud and get this window.

To access what @SG... is asking for:

 

  1. Launch Photoshop
  2. Go to the Help menu and select "System Info"
  3. Copy the text from that dialog and paste it in a reply
