PS 2023 - Can no longer drag/drop RAWs

Just updated to PS 2023 today; running under Windows 10. I can no longer drag/drop RAW files into PS. This is a standard part of my workflow...sigh. Anyone else?

Nevermind...was running it as Administrator in an attempt to mitigate another issue with ACR crashing constantly since the last update. Disabled that and I can drag/drop again.
