PS 21.2.4: how to reset shapes?

Hi,

apparently the old custom shapes are gone. So is the option to load the legacy shapes described several times in this community.

What makes this worse is that "Append default shapes ..." just multiplies the groups with boats, animals, flowers and trees - with no apparent option to get rid of them again.

Does anyone of you know how to sort this out? Get back to each category only once, getting back the old shapes even?

Hi

You can drag folders to the bin to removed duplicate folders

You can also drag muliple shapes out of the folders

Only one problem: there's no bin 😞

You need to go to Window > Shapes

Ouch. My fault. There is an everything else is there as well - just not where I was looking. I was looking in the toolbar - but where I needed to look is the shapes window.
