Artistic, Brush Strokes, Sketch and Textures filters are greyed out.  I'm using RGB.

I process photos in Lightroom and export some to PS for further processing - I wonder if LR is now exporting them as 16 bit instead of 8?  I confess I've never really paid much attention to that side of things!

You really do want to continue to export in high bit (what Adobe calls "16-bit") to keep editing the images**. At some point, if there is no other option and you must use these filters, you'll have to convert to 8-bit per color but I'd do this as a last step if possible and KEEP the high bit version.

What is the bit depth of the document? Some filters will not work on 16/32-bit images.

16 bit.  Never had this issue until the last update.
