PS 25.0 Gen Fill Couldn't generate your prompt due to connection issues. Please check your internet.

Hello everyone,
I have the same problem. I have already followed all the solution steps, but do not have "Adobe Unlicensed Pop-up" in Outbound Rules. Therefore it still does not work.
Any ideas? I need help.

Had this problem today and disabling windows defender and firewall solved the issue
