PS 26 clone tool edge creates a blurry ring.

Hello.

I have just upgraded to PS 26 as i redid my Mac and when i am in PS using the cline tool, there is now a blurry ring at the outer edge of the tool even before i use it.

I tried this on another image and saw that is was actually copying the original image onto the new image?

What on earth is going on?

Open Window>Clone Source and look at the Show Overlay settings.
