Ps CC 2020: Created a path, but can't select or move it?

Hi folks. As per the title, I click on the edge of the path, but the path is not selected. I want to reposition this path. How can I move it? Thanks in advance.

If you want to select/move pixels, use the Move Tool

It looks selected. What tool are you trying to move it with? Is the layer locked?

Layer not locked. I was using the move tool to move it, which didn't work.
