PS CC 2021 does'nt work

I subscribed Adobe CC photo's package (12,69 €/month). While the installed LR and LR work/run correctly, I can open the PS , but it does'nt work. 

The PS tuorials run some sec, and close. I can find pictures, but can't open them. The RAW file opening process starts, bat after a while breaks with a collapsing message (I send this message more times for Adobe, but there were no answers).

Opening JPG/DNG files the process breaks without error message and after this I can't close the PS (with sw error message). I've tid use Task manager to close PS.

More times I uninstall the PS, I run the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner, restarted the computer (OS: W10), but nothing changed.

What's the problem, what else have I to do?
