PS clone stamp problem

When I click+alt  to take a sample and want to start the cloning, the entire image shifts along with the clone stamp. I can't indicate the place where to clone. MacBook Pro mid 2014 - MacOS Big Sur - video NVIDIA GeForce GT 750M 2 GB

Could you please post screenshots with the pertinent Panels (Toolbar, Clone Source, Layers, Options Bar, …) visible? 

Is »Clipped« checked?
