PS closes when I press CTRL + P

When i press Ctrl + P or click at Print on the File-menu the whole program closes within 3-4 secs, without asking to save or anything. It happens on one of my two PCs, ok on the other one. I got the internet-based version, paying every month.. What's wrong...?
