PS CS5 issue with screen text/icons

yesterday downloaded PSCS% to new computer - old died --- with Adobe support.  When accessed PS the PS screen text and icons are too small to read -- bridge seems ok --- this appears to be only this issue, so far

New tech, needs new software. You have a high resolution monitor now and CS5 was made before they even existed.

Yes looks like the issue is resolution -- Looks like CS% support resolution of 1449 x 900   My current screen is 3200 x 1800.  I need to inquire if there is an update available for CS5 to support thr higher resolution or?????  Will contact Adobe support

There will be no updates for cs5 to support high resolution displays.

 

Did you look in

 

C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS5

 

or

 

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS5

 

and then follow the directions given by Ged Traynor in this thread

There are two photoshop cs5 locations, one for the 32 bit version and one for the 64 bit version.

 

32 bit

C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS5
