Ps file not transparent

I use third pary app to make content of Ps file visible. This Ps file does not show the content. What is the reason?

Maybe the app is confused with numerous layers…

Only two layers are in it.

just to check if this is a Windows issue, try to flatten the image, save again under another name and check if the thumbnail is here or not…

Also I could can find mentions of this kind of issue since 2020 on the community, with no real answer. Thumbnails seem just to come and go…

Maybe a more expercieced fellow will find how to adress this situation

Flatten image comes as JPEG file fomat. But you can notice in the drop down saving list, there is no PNG file format option.

I have found the issue:

If Color Mode RPG is selected Ps file is transperent.

If color Mode CMYK is selected Ps file is not transperent.
