PS friert immer ein

Grüße,

und zwar habe ich folgendes Problem. PS friert bei mir immer wieder ein. Ich habe absolut keine ahnung an was es liegt, der fehler tritt immer zufällig auf. Ich habe schon 3 mal neuinstalliert, die voreinstellungen zurückgesetzt. RAM,CPU und GPU sind sogut wie gar nicht ausgelastet. Version ist auch auf dem neusten Stand und genügend Speicher auf den festplatten ist auch vorhanden.

Hatte das schon mal jemand und hat eine Lösung ?

Which version of Photoshop do you use?

Is your system up-to-date? All updates and patches installed? Especially the driver for the graphic card.

What you can try is...

Go to Preferences > Technology Previews... and check "Disable Native Canvas" - then restart Photoshop. Does the problem still occur?
Go to Preferences > Performance... and uncheck Use Graphics Processor. Restart Photoshop. Does the problem persist?

Grüße, Lösung 2 hatte ich schon probiert aber das hatte nichts geändert. Lösung 1 habe ich jetzt mal aktiviert und es scheint zu funktionieren. Ich konnte jetzt mal 2 Dateien bearbeiten und es hat sich nichts aufgehangen. Ich werde mal schauen ob es dabei bleibt und morgen ein Feedback geben! Vielen dank schon mal!

Grüße, ja bei allen. Egal ob geöffnete Datein oder eine komplette neue. Egal ob ich die Farbpalette öfnen oder die Schrift ändern möchte oder beim größer/kleiner ziehen der objekte. Der fehler tritt bei KEINER bestimmten funktion auf sondenr immer ganz zufällig.

Have you also tried uninstalling Adobe Photoshop via Creative Cloud Cleaner tool? This way, in addition to uninstalling the software, any corrupt files will also be deleted.

Ich glaube nicht. Finde ich das tool auch im Creatice Cloud Desktop oder ist das ein extra Program?
