CS6 IS INSTALLED

NEITHER PS4 OR PS5 OPERATE

PS6 WILL WORK 50% OF THE TIME - COMING UP SLOWLY.

NO OTHER ADOBE PRODUCT FROM 4 OR 5 WILL WORK AS LONG AS 6 IS INSTALLED

Can you kindly enlist the specifications of your system here? The probability, that this is due to lack of resources on your system, is quite high.

What specifically do you need as the same problems appears on all 12 Windows computers all of which are designed for continuous heavy calculations employing all Adobe products ?

Did you receive my last email as I need to know what specs you need on all our windows computers all running W7 with the latest updates and all configured to run all versions of Creative suite. Even the computers that have no prior versions of Adobe PS will not run CS6. Persistent error messages/codes are Error code 6 and "another instance of PS6 is running" false, and IF there is also PS4 or PS5 installed neither one will come up. No such problem exists on any of our Mac computers.

Start by narrowing the issue down. Focus on one machine at a time.

Were all instances of CS6 installed from the same installer?

Did you download it from Download Adobe Creative Suite 6 applications

Has this just started happening or have these issues been present since installation?
